TERMS OF SERVICE
Payments are upfront; I accept payments via PayPal or Ko-Fi.Refunds are allowed but if I have already started your commission depending on the part of the process I am in, you will receive partial amount and receive the art as is:
• 100% if the art has not been started
• 75% if we stop during the sketch portion
• 50% if we stop during the line art portion
• 25% if we stop during the coloring/rendering portion.Depending on the complexity of the commission (i.e. complicated armor, intricate patterns, changes to the commission, etc.), I may charge an extra fee to compensate.Commissions are for personal use, however if you plan on using your commission for commercial use, we can discuss more about it.I prohibit the use of my commissions from being made into NFTs nor fed into generative AI models. Doing so will blacklist you as a client of mine.If you plan on reposting your commission on any site, please credit my username and link back to my site/social medias.Please provide references when commissioning me. References range from images of a character I am not familiar with, to an original character, to a specific outfit you have in mind, a pose (stick figure poses help!), a moodboard/visual reference, etc. The more references, the better!I have a right to refuse a commission for any reason (i.e. if I cannot finish it in a timely manner, if it is beyond my skill level, and/or if it makes me uncomfortable).
RULES
I will draw anything for commissions but there are exceptions:- Lite mecha (androids, cyborgs, humanoid robots, stylized machinery, etc.) is allowed but I will not draw heavy mecha.- Suggestive content and light gore are allowed but I will not draw NSFW content beyond that (Heavy gore, explicit nudity, fetish content, sex, etc.)- I will not draw romantic relationships/situations that involve incest, adult and minor together, and/or abuse.
